The City of Baltimore is seeking an IT professional to prioritize and remediate security vulnerabilities across end-user computing devices, operating systems, browsers, and applications. You will also back up the systems engineering team and manage the remediation lifecycle from findings through verification, using Intune, SCCM, and custom scripts.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor of Science degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• :Two years of related IT experience in areas such as system/network engineering, information security, or cloud integrations.
• :Strong verbal and written communication; government IT experience preferred.
• :Advanced credentials such as PMP or CISM preferred.
• :Two years of experience with endpoint management, patch deployment, software deployment, or vulnerability remediation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prioritize, remediate, and validate security vulnerabilities across end-user computing devices, operating systems, browsers, and applications.
• Serve as backup to the systems engineering vulnerability team.
• Lead remediation lifecycle from findings to patch deployment and verification.
• Develop remediation plans for complex or recurring vulnerabilities; create and test remediation packages and scripts.
