Job summary

CACI is seeking an Endpoint Systems Engineer to support the DIA program. You will design and implement enterprise endpoint ecosystems across physical, virtual, and cloud environments with emphasis on security‑hardened configurations and DoD/IC compliance.

You will lead automation, configuration baselines, and MDM implementations, while collaborating with government stakeholders to ensure availability, reliability, and operability of endpoint services.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Top Secret SCI clearance with ability to obtain poly prior to start.
• DOD 8140 Certification applicable to role (minimum Security+)
• HS and 16+ years of experience, an AA and 14+ years of experience, BS/BA and 12+ years of experience, MS/MA and 10+ years of experience, or PhD and 8+ years of experience
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience designing, integrating, validating, and implementing IT hardware and software solutions
• RHCSA or Citrix/CNS/VMware/Azure certifications listed or equivalent
• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, configure, and implement enterprise Mobile Device Management solutions for physical, virtual, and cloud-based endpoints.
• Apply human-centric design principles to optimize startup, login, application streaming, and overall user experience.
• Configure hardware BIOS, RAM, device drivers, and full-disk encryption to meet security and performance requirements.
• Automate endpoint configurations, testing, and deployments using environment-specific tooling.
• Apply knowledge of network concepts, firewalls, and VPN technologies to optimize secure, segmented environments.
• Engineer profile-management solutions that capture user settings and enable workspace portability across devices.
