Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an IT Systems Engineer (Endpoint) to design, implement, and operate modern endpoint management across macOS, iOS, and Windows. You will work with Jamf, Fleet, Intune, and Entra CA to enforce zero-trust, create automation, and support mission-critical systems.

The role emphasizes secure, compliant, and automated solutions at scale, with opportunities to deploy AI-powered workflows and contribute to security, compliance, and cross-team initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years designing, implementing and managing Jamf, Fleet, Intune and Entra in large enterprises.
• Experience with Apple macOS/iOS and Windows 11/Server enterprise management.
• Experience implementing security controls and compliance frameworks in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and manage Jamf, Fleet, Microsoft Intune, and Entra CA policies to enforce zero-trust and device compliance.
• Design, deploy, and maintain endpoint configurations, policies, and baselines for Windows, macOS, and iOS.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Bash, and AppleScript for provisioning, config management, patching, remediation, and reporting.
• Integrate telemetry with Splunk for real-time monitoring, alerts, and compliance dashboards.
• Audit and maintain endpoint controls per CIS benchmarks while adhering to ITAR/EAR requirements.
• Pilot AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, and stakeholders to define standards and drive patch compliance.
• Create runbooks and training materials; provide tier-3 escalation support.
• Lead major endpoint projects like OS migrations and new platform integrations.
