Responsibilities

• Coordinate endpoint management activities between Endpoint Engineers, IT teams, and business users.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for endpoint-related requests, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
• Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and process documentation.
• Assist with troubleshooting SCCM/MECM client issues and escalate complex problems to Endpoint Engineers as needed.
• Review endpoint requests and gather technical requirements before routing work to engineering resources.
• Track work items, document progress, and ensure completion of tasks.
