Job summary

Amazon Security is seeking a Systems Development Engineer to design, implement, and operate secure systems protecting Customer Service endpoints. You will tackle complex problems across OS, networks, and cloud services, delivering secure solutions at scale.

You will collaborate with engineers, data professionals, and product teams to drive projects from design through deployment, focusing on secure data handling and end-user trust across worldwide customer service interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure.
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust.
• Experience with Linux/Unix.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, implementation, and operation of systems and infrastructure that secure Customer Service endpoints; debug across OS, networking, and cloud services to deliver secure, reliable solutions at scale.
• Define and execute on technical solutions that deliver value quickly and sustainably; contribute to technical planning, drive projects from design to deployment; partner with engineers, data professionals, and product/program teams to secure Customer Service's endpoints.
