Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in endpoint security or cybersecurity operations.
• Experience with endpoint security platforms and enterprise security management tools.
• Ability to analyze telemetry, identify trends, and support threat mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and optimize endpoint security controls across client and server environments.
• Serve as third-line escalation point for complex endpoint incidents.
• Monitor telemetry, agent health, and compliance metrics to identify risks.
• Test endpoint security controls and validate their effectiveness.
• Diagnose and resolve endpoint incidents using structured troubleshooting.
• Maintain security technologies including CASB, EDR, DLP, encryption, and compliance tools.
• Coordinate remediation with cybersecurity teams and maintain dashboards.
• Support audit, governance initiatives and document findings.
