Yakshna Solutions, Inc. seeks an IT Security Analyst (Endpoint Engineer) to manage software deployments and patching across enterprise endpoints in a hybrid Richmond, VA environment.

You will deploy COTS software, automate workflows, and monitor vulnerabilities using Intune, MECM/SCCM, and related tools, while coordinating with security and IT teams to maintain a secure endpoint posture.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or six years of related experience.
• Experience with Windows 11 and monthly/annual updates.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and monthly updates.
• Experience with an Endpoint Management System.
• Experience with a Workstation Imaging Solution.
• Experience with a Service Management Ticketing System.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with end users and senior staff delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Engineer, modify, package, and deploy COTS software across enterprise endpoints.
• Develop deployment packages using Intune, MECM/SCCM, or similar platforms.
• Perform compatibility testing and configuration adjustments for diverse devices.
• Automate software deployment workflows for efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with owners and security teams on update requirements and risks.
• Support patch management: testing, scheduling, deployment, validation.
• Monitor vulnerability reports and assist in remediation.
• Troubleshoot deployment and patching issues; provide root-cause analysis.
• Maintain documentation for packaging standards and change management.
• Enforce endpoint hardening policies and baselines.
• Coordinate with infra, security, service desk for reliability.
• Evaluate new technologies to optimize endpoint management.
