Serenity Info Tech, Inc. is seeking an Endpoint Engineer for the State Corporation Commission in Richmond, VA. The role focuses on endpoint vulnerability management, patch deployment, and securing an enterprise endpoint environment.

Responsibilities include deploying software with Intune/MECM/SCCM, testing compatibility, automating workflows, coordinating with security teams, and maintaining documentation. The position is a 12-month contract with hybrid onsite work three days a week.

Qualificações

• 4+ years with Windows 11 and monthly/annual updates.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and updates.
• Proven experience with Endpoint Management systems.
• Experience with workstation imaging solutions.
• Experience with service management ticketing systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with PowerShell and automation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Engineer, modify, package, and deploy software across endpoint environments.
• Develop deployment packages using Intune, MECM/SCCM or similar platforms.
• Perform compatibility testing and configuration adjustments for reliable installs.
• Automate software deployment workflows for efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with application owners and security teams on update requirements and risks.
• Support patch management including testing, scheduling, deploying, and validating updates.
• Monitor vulnerability reports and assist in remediation and prioritization.
• Maintain documentation for packaging standards, deployment procedures, and baselines.
