Job summary

IntelliBee is seeking an IT Security Analyst 3 - Endpoint Engineer in Richmond, VA. You will deploy and manage software across enterprise endpoints, automate workflows, and collaborate with security teams to prioritize risks.

A strong background in Windows 11, Office 365, and endpoint management is required. Responsibilities include packaging, testing, and deploying updates, maintaining baseline configurations, and supporting patch management while ensuring endpoint hardening and operational

Qualifications

• Windows 11 and monthly/annual updates experience required.
• Experience with Office 365 apps and monthly updates.
• Experience with Endpoint Management System.
• Experience with workstation imaging solutions.
• Experience with a service management ticketing system.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Package, deploy, and manage software across enterprise endpoints.
• Maintain deployment packages with Intune, MECM/SCCM, and Autopilot.
• Test compatibility and adjust configurations for diverse devices.
• Automate deployment workflows for efficiency and consistency.
• Coordinate with owners and security teams on updates and risks.
• Support patch management and verify OS/third‑party updates.
