Job summary

DTCC seeks a Senior Associate Lead Systems Engineer to own and operate an Endpoint Management Observability capability for accelerated patch management across Windows endpoints and virtual desktops. You will define deployment success metrics, monitor health, and drive remediation with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep telemetry analysis, strong leadership, and collaboration with Security, Vulnerability Management, and IT teams, with a hybrid onsite/remote work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and continuous improvement of Endpoint Management Observability.
• Define and report patch success measures and health metrics.
• Monitor endpoint health and user impact during patch waves.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with risk and control expectations.
• Provide executive-ready, audit-ready reporting of patch progress and remediation actions.
