Job summary

Gallatin is building critical IT infrastructure to support national security missions and a fast-growing team. As an IT Systems Engineer, you will own Gallatin’s endpoint and identity systems, spanning macOS, Windows, mobile devices, and cloud apps.

The role emphasizes hands-on automation, security, and scalable operations. You will work across Jamf Pro, Intune, Okta, Google Workspace, and GCC High environments, partnering with Security and Engineering to safeguard data while enabling enterprise

Qualifications

Experience in broad IT systems engineering or similar roles.
Strong hands-on Okta administration (SSO, MFA, integrations).
Proficient management of macOS, Windows, and mobile devices with Jamf Pro, Intune, and Google Workspace.
Experience operating in GCC High or other regulated Microsoft cloud environments.
Ability to design, implement, operate, and improve production IT systems.

Responsibilities

Own the lifecycle of macOS, Windows, and mobile environments from enrollment to deprovisioning.
Build Jamf Pro policies, profiles, scripts, and compliance controls.
Operate Windows device management via Intune in GCC High.
Design and manage Google Workspace mobile app management for employee devices.
Automate provisioning, patching, and compliance reporting.
