Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Endpoint Technology leader to define and execute a global endpoint strategy for about 6,000 employees. You will drive Intune/VDI programs, modernize management, and oversee security/compliance under a Zero Trust framework.

The role requires deep Windows endpoint expertise, strong vendor and stakeholder skills, and a US-based hybrid work setup. Experience with Citrix VDI and print solutions is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise endpoint technologies.
• Deep expertise in Windows endpoint engineering and device management.
• Advanced knowledge of Intune, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and Zero Trust principles.
• Experience managing iOS and Android mobile device platforms.
• Demonstrated success managing vendors and outsourced providers.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Knowledge of ITIL service management practices and enterprise print solutions.
• Experience leading large-scale workplace transformation initiatives.
