Stanford Management Company (SMC) seeks an organized Trade & Cash Operations Analyst who will report to the Manager, Trade & Cash Operations. You will facilitate securities transactions and cash movements, provide investment information, and support the investment team with dashboards and analyses.

The ideal candidate has experience in equity and fixed income settlements and cash flow management, with meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of investment types (public and private).
• Understanding of accounting skills and concepts; knowledge of accounting systems.
• Proficiency in Excel; advanced MS Office skills.
• Experience in financial modeling and business intelligence applications.
• High degree of accuracy, strong attention to detail.
• Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills for internal/external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide constituents with accurate information for investment oversight.
• Create management reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses as needed.
• Produce cash forecasts for daily asset allocation reporting.
• Prepare fund movements for authorization including internal transfers and wire set-up.
• Facilitate securities settlements, reconciliations, and related cash movements.
• Maintain data integrity for Merged Pool investments and related funds.
• Interface with brokers, custodian banks, and internal teams; ensure regulatory compliance.
