Job summary

The Oregon Community Foundation is looking for a Senior Portfolio Manager, Endowment Partners in Portland, Oregon. This full-time position involves overseeing a statewide program managing over $375 million in assets and 450 partner organizations. Key responsibilities include developing outreach plans, evaluating fund reports, and providing leadership. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and significant experience in nonprofit management, with a hiring range of $115,000 - $123,500 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Seven years’ experience with nonprofit organizations or grantmaking.
  • Five or more years’ experience working with executive-level leaders.
  • Three or more years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the Endowment Partners program.
  • Act as the primary contact for Endowment Partner relationships.
  • Develop an annual plan for outreach to Endowment Partners.
  • Review and manage Endowment Fund reports.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Administrative Coordinator.
