Responsibilities

• Support relationship managers in the administration of investment management accounts for private and family foundations, endowments, donor-advised funds, and other tax-exempt entities.
• Assist with account opening, asset transfer, funding reconciliations, account maintenance, and administration of special assets.
• Provide back-office support including grants processing, trustee materials, and annual tax filings coordination with external preparers.
• Coordinate client communications and maintain client records.
