Job summary

Glenmede is seeking a Management Associate for Endowment & Foundation in a hybrid Philadelphia setting. You will support Relationship Managers with nonprofit client contact, donor-advised fund administration, and account management while coordinating meetings and ensuring high-quality client service.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years in financial services or nonprofit settings, and are proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years of experience in a financial services or nonprofit environment required.
• Knowledge of foundation grants administration preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM-oriented applications preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist relationship managers in investment account administration for foundations, endowments and donor-advised funds.
• Open accounts, transfer assets, reconcile funding, and manage client records.
• Provide back-office support including grants management and annual tax filings coordination.
• Coordinate client meetings and prepare meeting materials for stakeholders.
• Support firm initiatives and cross-functional collaboration to improve client experience.
