The Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County is seeking an Endowment Associate to support the Jacobson Jewish Community Foundation’s scholarship and grantmaking operations. You will coordinate donor stewardship, maintain data systems, and assist leadership with reports and planning to strengthen legacy giving.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in nonprofit administration, philanthropy, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working with data systems, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based tools.
• Familiarity with Jewish traditions, values, and holidays (preferred).
• Experience administering scholarships or grants (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer the annual scholarship process from application launch to award distribution.
• Serve as liaison to applicants, fund-holders, and committee members.
• Track and report on disbursements in accordance with policy.
• Support other grantmaking activities including donor-advised and designated distributions.
• Assist in planning and executing donor stewardship events and initiatives.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to Foundation leadership, including scheduling, meeting preparation, correspondence, and recordkeeping.
• Maintain donor data and reporting systems with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare internal briefings and reports for donors and leadership.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, communications, and Foundation programs, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
