Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Neurosurgeon to join the Department of Neurosurgery based in Saginaw, MI, under a Joint Operating Agreement with Covenant HealthCare. The role involves reporting to the Chair of the Department of Neurosurgery and participating in a broad spectrum of neurosurgical care.

You will perform cranial and spinal procedures, collaborate with neurologists, neurointerventional radiologists, and other specialists, and contribute to outpatient and inpatient care.

Qualifications

• ABNS Board Certification in Neurosurgery is required.
• Endovascular fellowship training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of neurosurgical procedures including cranial and spinal surgeries.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Interpret MRIs, CTs, and angiograms to aid diagnosis and planning.
• Provide consultations, assessments, and follow-up in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Engage in teaching and mentoring of medical students, residents, and fellows.
