Job summary

Cook Medical is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide clinical support during procedures and educate customers on endovascular product lines. You will build relationships with clinical and non-clinical decision-makers and share clinical insights with Sales, Product Development, Marketing, and QA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• 3 years of experience in a clinical environment preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Must have excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support during procedures
• Identify, establish and develop relationships with key clinical and non-clinical decision-makers to clinically support product lines
• Educate and update customers through in-servicing training, literature, videos and articles approved by the company
• Provide clinical experience to the Sales force, Product Development, Marketing, Quality Assurance and other internal groups
• Maintain knowledge of SBU product lines, clinical procedures and ethics
• Support the annual business plan to help the sales team meet or exceed goals
• Complete expense and call reports and other administrative documentation
• Maintain frequent communication with Regional Manager and other support functions
• Maintain accurate and timely reports and records
• Interact professionally across the global organization
• Adhere to safety requirements and quality standards
• Maintain regular attendance and reliability
• Demonstrate effective oral and written communications
• Show problem solving in fast-paced environments
• Remain calm in fast-paced situations
