Job summary

Cook Medical's Aortic Intervention division seeks a Clinical Specialist to support extensive endovascular product lines. You will interact directly with physicians, educate medical staff, and provide procedural consultation to enable successful device adoption.

Travel up to 70% is anticipated to support customers, training, and clinical collaboration within a global organization focused on excellence in patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in a clinical environment preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support during procedures
• Identify, establish and develop relationships with key clinical and non-clinical decision-makers to support product lines
• Educate customers through in-servicing training, literature, videos and articles
• Provide clinical experience to Sales, Product Development, Marketing, Quality Assurance and other internal groups
• Maintain knowledge of product lines, procedures, ethics and educational requirements
• Support the annual business plan to help the sales team meet goals
• Complete expense reports and other required administrative documentation
• Maintain frequent communication with Regional Manager and other support functions
• Maintain accurate reports and records
• Interact professionally across levels of the organization and adhere to safety requirements
• Maintain regular attendance and uphold company quality standards
• Communicate effectively, solve problems and work in fast-paced environments

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field
