Job summary

Cook Medical seeks a Clinical Specialist to provide clinical support for endovascular product lines through direct physician interaction, case-based consultation and staff education. The role involves in‑service training and coordination with Sales, Product Development and QA to ensure proper usage of grafts and devices during implant procedures.

The position requires building relationships with key clinical and non-clinical decision-makers and delivering education through approved literature,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent background.
• 3 years of experience in a clinical environment preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Excellent organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support during procedures.
• Identify and develop relationships with clinical and non-clinical decision-makers to support product lines.
• Educate customers through in-servicing training, literature, videos and articles approved by the company.
• Provide clinical experience to Sales, Product Development, Marketing, QA and other internal groups.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines, procedures, ethics and training requirements.
• Support the annual business plan to help sales meet targets.
• Complete expense and call reports and other administrative documents.
• Maintain frequent communication with Regional Manager and other support functions.
• Maintain accurate reports and records.
• Work professionally across levels of the global organization to achieve goals.
