Job summary

TotalMed is seeking an Endoscopy RN for a travel assignment in Raleigh, North Carolina. This 13-week position requires 40 hours per week, 10-hour days, and travel nursing experience in an Endoscopy setting.

The RN will assist in endoscopy procedures, ensure patient safety, and maintain equipment with stringent decontamination and traceability. BLS/ACLS/PALS and 1 year of acute care experience are required.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required and 1 year of experience in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in Endoscopy unit and support physicians and medical team during procedures.
• Perform technical assistance during diagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopic procedures with safe practices.
• Maintain endoscopes and equipment with proper decontamination and traceability records.
• Ensure a safe and clean clinical environment compliant with standards and regulations.
