Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City seeks an Endoscopy Technician to provide professional accountability and technical support for endoscopy patient care. You will prepare the endoscopy field, gather equipment, and assist physicians and nurses while upholding safety standards.

The role is career-ladder-based, with hire level determined by education, certification and experience. Full-time position, 40 hours per week, on-site at Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City.

Competenze

• High-School Diploma or GED required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Must understand English, both written and spoken.
• Career-ladder position; level hired determined by education, certification/licensure and experience.

Mansioni

• Provide direct and indirect patient care for endoscopy patients.
• Prepare endoscopy field and obtain needed equipment.
• Assist physician and registered nurse during procedures.
• Uphold patient safety standards and infection control.
• Perform duties per the career ladder program, from basic to advanced competencies.
