Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up endoscopy procedures with proper endoscope(s) and supplies before the start.
• Assist the proceduralist with endoscopic procedures.
• Prepare, verify and log specimens.
• Clean and disinfect endoscopes and rooms per manufacturer and facility standards.
• Monitor endoscopic equipment and escalate issues as needed.
• Precept new staff and demonstrate clinical skills.
• Adhere to infection control and safety policies.
