Job summary

The Elliot 1 Day Surgery Center, part of SolutionHealth, is seeking an Endoscopy Technician to support safe, efficient endoscopic procedures at our Manchester, NH site. You will assist the endoscopist, manage room turnover, and ensure proper disinfection and handling of scopes to protect patient safety.

Responsibilities include aiding with diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, ERCP-related tasks, and maintaining supplies for smooth throughput, with an emphasis on patient and customer focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Technician Certification from NH required unless other NH license is held.
• BLS certification preferred at hire or within 30 days of hire.
• LNA or Surgical Technician with Endoscopy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates throughput during admission, procedural, and recovery phases.
• Assists under physician supervision with endoscopic procedures and related duties.
• Responsible for turnover of procedure rooms and admission/recovery areas.
• Cleans and maintains scopes and related equipment per guidelines.
• Documents processing and ensures supplies are available for safe throughput.
• Monitors shelf life of disinfectants and ensures proper storage.
• Returns endoscopes to storage and coordinates with Sterile Processing.
