Job summary

Providence St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, CA is seeking an Endoscopy Technician for the Endoscopy Unit. This Per Diem, 10-hour day shift role supports procedures, cleans and disinfects equipment, and helps with room turnover.

Under supervision of the Endoscopy Nurse Manager, you will stock supplies, report equipment maintenance, and perform clerical duties as needed. Eligibility includes BLS and preferred NBSTSA/CFER certifications and GI/endoscopy or scrub tech experience.

Qualifications

• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• NBSTSA Surgical-OR Tech certification preferred.
• CFER certification preferred.
• GI/Endoscopy or scrub tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with endoscopy procedures and support the Endoscopy Service.
• Clean and disinfect equipment, and prep/turnaround rooms.
• Order and stock supplies; report maintenance needs.
• Carry out clerical duties as needed.
