Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Procedure Assistance: Assist physicians with flexible sigmoidoscopies; set up equipment and ensure supplies are available; sterilize trays and maintain stock; troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Patient Care: Explain procedures and sensations; provide instructions to minimize discomfort; support patients emotionally and physically during procedures.
• General Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe environment; follow infection control procedures; collect, label specimens; prepare pathology slips.
