The role requires a high school diploma or vocational training, BLS certification, and SGNA certification preferred. Strong communication and reliability are essential in this fast-paced surgical setting.

Qualifications

• BLS (AHA) certification required or preferred.
• SGNA Associates Program Certification preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated initiative and interpersonal communication.
• High school education or vocational training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assists gastroenterologists in GI procedures (EGD, colonoscopy).
• Assist anesthesia personnel, nurses, and other professionals.
• Prepare, assemble, and troubleshoot equipment for procedures.
• Maintain aseptic technique and room cleanliness.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are ready before each case.
