Job summary

Beacon Health System is seeking staff to support endoscopic procedures by preparing equipment and field and by managing specimens. The role includes reviewing patient history, positioning, cleaning and numbing testing sites as appropriate.

Responsibilities include interpreting results, watching for artifacts, monitoring patients before, during and after procedures, and reporting any abnormal findings. The position also involves preparing and maintaining equipment, supplies and the lab area.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire date or job transfer date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
