Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe and patient-focused environment for procedures as an Endoscopy Technician at NewYork-Presbyterian/David H. Koch Center.
• In this role, you will be a trusted member of the patient care team.
• You’ll assist with procedures and provide nurses and physicians with key observations.
• Escort patients to procedures.
• Assist with care planning.
• Maintain and order equipment supplies, and be the driving force for safety.
• You’ll play a key role in our hospitals mission: Putting Patients First.

Preferred Criteria

• Two years of experience as an endoscopy technician, GI technician, GI assistant, or Operating Room technician in a hospital environment.

Required Criteria

• High School Diploma or GED
• Demonstrated knowledge of sterilization procedures and techniques
• Strong commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience

Salary

Salary Range: $38.75-$46.50/Hourly
