Job summary

USPI-TTreasure Coast Center for Surgery (TCCFS) in Stuart, Florida, seeks an Endoscopy Technician PRN to support the endoscopy team during procedures. The role involves preparing sterile setups, passing instruments, assisting with patient movement, and cleaning the endoscopy room.

The Tech will manage centralized supply and equipment distribution, track inventory, and report to the Charge Nurse/ASC Director. Prior endoscopy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience in an established endoscopy center.
• Working knowledge of standard Gastroenterology procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist endoscopy team during procedures and prepare sterile setup.
• Inventory and arrange sterile equipment and supplies for procedures.

Endoscopy Technician PRN

USPI-TTreasure Coast Center for Surgery (TCCFS) located in Stuart, Florida, is an advanced technology Endoscopy Suite specializing in the examination of the upper and lower gastrointestinal tract. Procedures are done in a comfortable outpatient setting, designed with high quality of care, safety and patient privacy and convenience in mind.

Job Summary

The Endoscopy Tech assists endoscopy team during endoscopy procedures. They arrange and inventory sterile set-up for operation and passes items as needed to the endoscopy team. Assists in preparing and moving patients, and in cleaning the endoscopy room. The Endo Tech is responsible for the provision of care to meet identified patient outcomes and to achieve the goals of the facility as directed by the Registered Nurse. Provides a centralized distribution and control of supplies and equipment to the facility. The tech also stores prepared articles and supplies in designated areas. Maintains and tracks inventory according to facility procedures. This position reports to the Charge Nurse and ASC Director.
