Job summary

USPI Gastro Consultants of San Antonio - Medical Center is seeking an Endoscopy Tech/Scope Room Tech to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The role involves assisting during endoscopy procedures, managing sterile setup, and helping with patient movement and room cleaning.

Position requires weekdays only—no holidays, weekends, or on-call duties. Some early mornings and later evenings may be required; schedule subject to change based on surgical schedule and flow of the day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience in established endoscopy center.
• Working knowledge of standard Gastroenterology procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist endoscopy team during procedures and maintain sterile setup.
• Prepare and move patients and assist in cleaning the endoscopy room.
• Pass instruments and maintain care for and cleaning of all scopes.

USPI Gastro Consultants of San Antonio - Medical Center is seeking a motivated Endoscopy Tech/Scope Room Tech to join our team. We have 1 OR room and 5 Procedure rooms. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in Gastroenterology. Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some early mornings and later evenings may be required; schedule subject to change based on surgical schedule and flow of the day.

Job Summary:

The Endo Tech/Scope Room Tech assists endoscopy team during endoscopy procedures. They arrange and inventory sterile set-up for operation and passes items as needed to the endoscopy team. Assists in preparing and moving patients, and in cleaning the endoscopy room. Cares for and maintains all Scopes
