Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball is seeking an Endoscopy Technician Lead to oversee GI and endoscopy procedures, ensuring safe, high-quality care. You will lead the team, maintain a clean, ready workspace, and support staff in infection control and patient privacy.

Responsibilities include training new teammates, coordinating with providers and nurses, and communicating clearly with patients and families to keep everyone informed.

Qualifications

• One-year acute care experience required.
• Valid BCLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Job Summary And Qualifications

As an Endoscopy Technician Lead, you will help support safe, high-quality care for patients. You will lead your team during GI and endoscopy procedures and help keep the work area safe, organized, and ready so patients get the best care possible, and to help drive continuous improvement on the unit.

Your responsibilities will include:
