Qualifications

• High-School Diploma or GED required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• 0-1+ years of experience in Outpatient Centers and Rural Locations; may be 24-hour location.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the endoscopy setting and support physicians and registered nurses.
• Prepare the endoscopy field and obtain needed equipment while upholding patient safety standards.
• Participate in day-to-day operations of the Endoscopy Suite; support complex cases in 24-hour locations as needed.
• May mentor new staff after competency validation and complete basic competencies for Endoscopy Tech roles.
