Job summary

Trinity Health-Saint Peter's Hospital seeks an Endoscopy Tech for a full-time day shift. You will support physicians and nurses in the Advanced Endoscopy unit, assist with patient care, and maintain sterile, ready rooms for procedures.

The position emphasizes teamwork, ongoing training, and a 10-hour day schedule with minimal on-call. Prior Endoscopy experience is preferred; a Medical Assistant credential strengthens candidacy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 6 college credits (Medical Assistant certificate).
• 1–2 years in Endoscopy preferred; LPN degree or acute care experience.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with technical procedures alongside the physician.
• Setting up and cleaning procedure rooms per guidelines.
• Reprocessing Endoscopes per standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain supplies, equipment and rooms for procedures.
• Troubleshoot minor problems with endoscopy equipment.
