Beth Israel Lahey Health is hiring an Endoscopy Tech for Winchester Hospital's Endoscopy Team. You will prepare rooms and equipment, assist patient care, and help ensure a safe, efficient environment.

You will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting scopes, and for expediting turnover of procedure rooms. This 40-hour/week day-shift role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, completion of a CNA course or nursing student rotations, plus phlebotomy, EKG, or CNA experience and BLS

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Certified Nurse’s Assistant course.
• Nursing student with two completed clinical rotations.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing rooms and equipment.
• Assists with patient care to facilitate an orderly, efficient and safe clinical environment.
• Ensures the equipment and scopes are properly cleaned and disinfected.
• Facilitates patients in and out of procedure room.
• Independently performs turnover of procedure rooms and terminal cleaning of equipment, setting up room.
• Obtains vital signs and records findings.
