GulfShore Endoscopy Center is seeking a motivated RN Endoscopy, Full Time to join our team. The Endoscopy RN plans, directs, coordinates and delivers nursing care for pre- and post-surgical patients, ensuring safety and adherence to standards.

Position focuses on endoscopy/gastroenterology settings with sedation and sterilization responsibilities. Qualifications include Florida RN license, BLS; ACLS preferred, IV proficiency, and at least 1 year of surgical/critical care RN experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing.
• Current Florida license.
• BLS required, ACLS preferred.
• IV proficiency.
• Ability to make nursing judgments.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload for patients and unit.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year experience as an RN in surgery or critical care setting preferred.
• Will consider and provide training for new graduate nurses.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement nursing care for pre- or post-surgical patients.
• Ensure the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with nursing standards, JCAHO, and Federal/State standards.
• Assist in endoscopy procedures and post-procedure care, including sedation and sterilization.
