Job summary

Washington Gastroenterology is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for our Endoscopy Centers. The RN provides direct patient care per physician orders in both Endoscopy Center and clinical settings, following Washington State nurse practice regulations and internal policies.

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs from admission to discharge, documenting promptly, and participating in quality and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
• Current RN license to practice in Washington state.
• BLS certification current.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• GI or emergent care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Endoscopy Center and clinical settings.
• Assess patients from admission to discharge and communicate with team.
• Document thoroughly while ensuring confidentiality.
• Initiate life support when needed and manage code situations.
• Support quality improvement efforts and patient safety.
