Are you a skilled RN with a passion for providing top-tier care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? We're looking for an Endoscopy RN to join our team and make a difference every day.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care before, during, and after endoscopic procedures
Assess patient needs—physical, emotional, and educational—and develop care plans accordingly
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective outcomes
Educate patients and families to support recovery and understanding
Communicate clearly and efficiently with team members across departments
Embrace flexibility and support team staffing needs across units when needed
Engage in continuous learning and adapt to healthcare innovations with a positive attitude

Hours/Schedule:
Full Time, 36hrs a week, Days, Flexible Schedule
Minimum Qualifications:
Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa. required
Must be able to respond and report to work within 30 minutes when scheduled on call.
Ability to work on multiple projects at one time and flexibility to meet department needs.
Self-motivated, detail oriented individual able to work with minimum supervision.
