Job summary

Surgery Center of Anchorage, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks an Endoscopy Registered Nurse PRN to support intra-operative care for surgical and GI patients. You will function as circulating or scrub nurse, oversee room flow, and ensure safe care through transfer to recovery.

Minimum two years in an operating room; RN license and BCLS required; ACLS as needed; CNOR/SGNA preferred. Benefits include comprehensive medical and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with eligibility for practice.
• Valid BCLS certification upon employment; online certification not acceptable.
• ACLS as required by facility.
• CNOR / SGNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide intra-operative nursing care for surgical and GI patients.
• Serve as circulating or scrubbing nurse during procedures.
• Coordinate and oversee room setup and case flow.
• Ensure safe, effective care until patient transfer to recovery.
