Job summary

Physicians Regional Medical Center – Pine Ridge is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Endoscopy unit. You will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, assist physicians during procedures, and provide education to patients and families.

The role requires 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations. Licensure as an RN and BCLS certification are required; ACLS/PALS/NRP are preferred. Endoscopy procedures will be performed under supervision.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
• RN licensure is required for practice
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing process and policy.
• Assess patients and document findings; report changes.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures.
• Educate patients and families about care and discharge plans.
