Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• BLS certification.
• RN license in good standing (state or multi-state compact).
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to revise care plans.
• Lead process improvements to improve clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Support department operations and 24/7/365 coverage requirements.
