Essentia Health in Brainerd and Baxter, Minnesota, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Endoscopy team. You will lead patient care,coordinate assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, and delegate tasks to trained staff to maintain smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Endoscopy, a Minnesota RN license with BCLS, ACLS within a year, and a commitment to compliant, high-quality patient care in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience in Endoscopy.
• Current nursing license in Minnesota; Basic Life Support (BCLS) and ACLS within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care: organize and deliver comprehensive care across all phases of the patient care process.
• Guide and delegate: act as a team leader by delegating care responsibilities to nursing staff per licensure and role.
