Job summary

Washington Gastroenterology (WAGI) is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse for our Endoscopy Centers. The RN provides direct patient care per physician orders in the Endoscopy Center and clinical setting, including sedation under physician supervision and deep sedation as required by state regulations.

Qualifications include WA RN license, BLS, ACLS within 90 days, and GI nursing experience preferred. We offer competitive hourly pay, comprehensive benefits, PTO, holidays, and a $3,000 hiring

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current WA RN license to practice.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Sedation/ai analgesia and IV therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses physical, emotional, and social needs of patients and advocates for safe experiences.
• Identifies patient history during admission.
• Maintains documentation and patient confidentiality.
• Initiates life support measures and responds in code situations.
• Ensures knowledge of GI meds, sedation and contraindications.
• Maintains infection prevention and safety; handles equipment properly.
