Welltech Partners is partnering with an acute care hospital to hire a Registered Nurse (RN) – Endoscopy in Porterville, CA. This full-time role focuses on providing holistic nursing care during endoscopic procedures and across all care stages, with emphasis on patient safety and individualized care.

The position requires a California RN license, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months. Shifts are variable with on-call; compensation features a generous hourly range and a sign-on bonus for eligible RNs.

Qualificações

• Active California RN license.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver comprehensive patient care across pre-, intra-, and post-procedure stages.
• Assist with endoscopic procedures and ensure proper equipment handling.
• Monitor and document patient condition; communicate changes to the care team.
• Administer medications safely and develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain infection prevention protocols and compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams; support quality initiatives.
