Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• BSN must be obtained within 5 years of hire.
• Current RN licensure required.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and document findings.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Safely administer medications and use equipment per policy.
• Advocate for patients in a safe, respectful environment.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and health care team.
• Recognize and respond to emergencies appropriately.
• Supervise delegated tasks to ensure quality care.
• Demonstrate professionalism and participate in unit initiatives.
