Job summary

Park Nicollet is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Endoscopy team. The RN will manage patient care episodes in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers, and may coordinate care through Nursing Assistants and other staff.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced endoscopy department, assist with GI/Pulmonary procedures and patient recovery, and a flexible, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the episode of patient care in collaboration with care teams.
• Coordinate and supervise care delegated to nursing staff.
• Assist in endoscopy procedures and patient recovery.
• Provide abdominal pressure during procedures and support patient comfort.
