Qualifications

• RN licensure required and maintained in hiring state/compact licensure
• Graduated from a school of nursing (AD, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current certifications listed in Experience section (BLS, ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC)
• CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, STABLE modules or equivalents may be required

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients
• Maintains professional accountability for patient care
• Evaluates effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers
• Coordinates patient care with other departments
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality
