Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN for an Endoscopy unit in North Carolina. This 13-week contract covers day shifts with a 40-hour week, focusing on GI procedures, patient care, and education.

You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure safe, efficient procedures. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of nursing experience, NC licensure, and BLS certification, with competence in the nursing process, patient assessment, education, and discharge planning

Qualifications

• 1 year of nursing experience required.
• Endoscopy/GI procedures experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards.
• Coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting.
• Assess readiness to learn of the patient/family/caregivers.
• Participates in education, discharge planning, and collaboration with interdisciplinary team.
