Job summary

University of Vermont Health in Berlin, VT is seeking a skilled registered nurse for the Endoscopy unit at Central Vermont Medical Center. You will assist in 2–3 procedure rooms and support in-room sedation and related procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety from pre-procedure to recovery.

The role includes on-call shifts (Monday–Friday 6pm–8pm rotating) and a $10K RN sign-on bonus for full-time staff. Relocation incentives may be available and a collaborative team culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont is required.
• Appropriate experience in the specific clinical area varies by unit.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Endoscopy with hands-on care in 2–3 procedure rooms.
• Assist with in-room sedation, bronchoscopies, transesophageal echoes, paracentesis and capsule endoscopies.
• Provide compassionate nursing care from pre-procedure through discharge from recovery.
